Today I stepped on the scale, and what do you know… 130!! I’ve lost my first 5 pounds.. FINALLY.
Honestly, stopping drinking alcohol all together is what made it easy. It’s only been 7 days since I quit drinking (I weighed 135) and I’m down 5 pounds!

I’ve lost 4 pounds in the past 5 days simply because I’ve stopped drinking alcohol. I’m starting to think losing the next 10 might be a little easier than I thought, as long as I stay away from alcohol and weed and keep up with my diet and exercise. I’m so excited <3

30 Day Shred, Day 2
Definitely didn’t go as planned. Right as I finished the first 6 minutes and stood up from the ab work out, my stomach cramped up (not related to the work out) and ended up screaming and crying for the whole hour following. Hopefully I can do it tomorrow :/
I hate when I see others starving themselves :/ there are other ways to get thin, get fit!
